I've been seeing the amazing Tristan for the last 12 weeks after an injury. Tristan has the best bedside manner, is very professional, generally cares about his patients, and has a wealth of knowledge. Thank you Tristan for your care, support and getting me back to feeling great again. I highly recommend Tristan for any physio needs.

I got a blood test done and it was completely painless and very efficient. Katie was kind, friendly and knew what she was doing. Overall a very pleasant experience with all the staff!

Vicki was fantastic. I came in with a cut on my head and she cleaned my wound and assured me it was not serious. She made me feel relaxed and her voice was very calming.

Grant and David did a fantastic job managing my pain and helping me find strategies to fix an issue I had for years. I honestly thought there was no hope. The get back gym, was another win in already supreme service, the gym had equipment to help strengthen neck muscles I never knew I had and the guys were always on time. Never did I have to wait any longer than perhaps 5mins or so. The ladies on the counter were fantastic, nothing too hard for them. Great team, highly recommend

Following tendon reattachment surgery, I was in constant pain unable to walk for any distance or train at the gym. Following shockwave treatment I am walking over an hour most days and back at the gym pain free. Grant was extremely professional and explained the procedure succinctly. He provided me with simple solutions to correct my exercise form to allow me to return to full mobility. I highly recommend Grant.

Damien Lee was my case manager while I was recovering, and he was very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process of my recovery. Also, Sushmita Anand was very helpful as well in preparing my resume for returning to work and providing skills that helped me to get back to work. In all they made for me what was a very stressful period in my life very easy to navigate and get my life back on track.

I had a great experience at IOH Wollongong. My nurse, Stephanie, was incredibly kind, patient, and friendly. She made the entire testing process go very smoothly and put me right at ease. Highly recommend her for her professionalism and care!
